The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey invites applications for its Independent School Teaching Residency (ISTR) program, a two-year teaching fellowship with PennGSE beginning in June 2027. Fellows teach their own classes, fulfill co-curricular and residential duties, and join a mentor network while pursuing a PennGSE Master of Education.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have experience with young people, strong communication, and a growth mindset.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Teaching two different preparations/courses in years one and two.
• Residential duties including supervising a dormitory and weekend programming.
• Co-curricular responsibilities such as coaching and leading activities.
• Serving as an academic advisor in year two.
