Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time High School English Teacher for Grandview, MO, starting ASAP through the 2026-2027 school year. This 1.0 FTE position runs Monday through Friday as a full-time role with a W-2 payroll and liability coverage.

The teacher will develop and implement curriculum, engage students through project-based learning, assess progress, and collaborate with staff to support student growth and achievement, ensuring records are maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Valid Missouri teaching certificate REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
