Job summary

Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in the Miami area. The position requires a valid CNA license or HHA certificate and a Level 2 fingerprint background check.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities and mobility, along with transportation to appointments, under supervision of a care team. Applicants should be reliable, caring, and able to manage light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and basic comfort care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license or HHA certificate.
• CPR certification required (in-person preferred).
• Level 2 Background clearance through Florida Clearinghouse.
• TB test or chest X-ray within required period.
• Driver license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Aid with ambulation and transfers.
• Dressing and shaving assistance.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Escort patient to medical appointments or errands.
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping).
• Dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
• Provide hospice supportive care when needed.
• Give medication reminders and assist with exercises.
• Assist with incontinence care and use lifting equipment.
