A leading educational institution is seeking a part-time English Skills Academy Instructor to teach diverse students. The role requires a Master's Degree in TEFL/TESOL or CELTA certification and a passion for guiding students in critical reading and argumentative writing. The instructor will design lesson plans, engage students, and support their language advancement in a supportive learning environment.
The English Skills Academy Instructor will join a team of experienced and innovative instructors who plan, prepare, and implement lessons, activities, assignments, and assessments for outcomes-based curricula. This person will serve as an instructor of English to diverse students who are advancing their language skills. The instructor must have credentialed and documented experience in the content being taught and demonstrate enthusiasm and skill in communicating that content to students and other participants. They should be able to create an environment conducive to learning. This is a part-time role with no supervisory requirements.
Experience working with multilingual and diverse populations. Strong communication and editing skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
