speakit is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support a major U.S. retail brand. This full-time, onsite role is based in Athens, Greece.

You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to a friendly, professional customer experience. Strong English, a HS diploma, and comfort with computer systems are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills (C1 or higher).
