What You'll do:

• Build relationships with customers and take the time to understand their style, space, needs, and budget.
• Help customers select furniture and décor that work together to create a cohesive look for a room or home.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations on pieces, styles, colors, materials, and coordinating products.
• Create a personalized, consultative shopping experience from the initial conversation through the final sale.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers on financing, delivery options, and product protection plans.
• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and home furnishing trends.
• Partner with your teammates and leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Furniture Experience Preferred

Furniture sales experience is preferred, but we also welcome successful sales professionals from other industries.
