Jerome's Furniture is seeking a confident Furniture Sales Associate for our West Covina showroom. You will build lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting furniture and décor that create cohesive spaces.

Responsibilities

What You'll do:

• Build relationships with customers and take the time to understand their style, space, needs, and budget.
• Help customers select furniture and décor that work together to create a cohesive look for a room or home.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations on pieces, styles, colors, materials, and coordinating products.
• Create a personalized, consultative shopping experience from the initial conversation through the final sale.

Furniture Experience Preferred

Furniture sales experience is preferred, but we also welcome successful sales professionals from other industries.
