Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Maps Visual Design Relevance Evaluator (English US) to review map aesthetics, readability, and overall polish for digital map outputs. You will assess viewport framing, geospatial accuracy, and content relevance to ensure helpful user experiences.

This remote freelance role pays US$20.30 per hour and targets about 8–10 hours of work weekly. Start date is rolling, and eligible candidates will be invited to join a pool of certified raters after onboarding; desktop use only,

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Evaluate the aesthetic quality, readability, and overall polish of digital map designs.

• Follow strict project instructions and complete tasks accurately, including tagging specific issues (e.g., Icons not properly masked, Labels too small).

Requirements

• To be located and have the right to work in the United States.
• An existing, actively used Gmail account with prior usage history on Google Maps.
• Participation is limited to maximum three project rounds. Please note that the task request will be dynamic and we will be providing you with a heads‑up as soon as possible once there is a project round available for you.
