Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Maps Visual Design Relevance Evaluator - English (US) to assess the aesthetic quality, readability, and polish of digital map designs while verifying geospatial accuracy and content relevance.

You will review personalized location recommendations to ensure relevance and usefulness, and follow project instructions to tag issues like icons not properly masked or labels that are too small. This is a remote freelance engagement with US eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work.
• Active Gmail account with prior usage on Google Maps.
• Participation limited to a maximum of three project rounds.

Requirements

• To be located and have the right to work in the United States.
• An existing, actively used Gmail account with prior usage history on Google Maps.
• Participation is limited to maximum three project rounds. Please note that the task request will be dynamic and we will be providing you with a heads‑up as soon as possible once there is a project round available for you.

PROJECT DETAILS

• Job Title: Maps Visual Design Relevance Evaluator - English (US)
• Contract type: Freelance
• Hourly rate: US$20.30
• Language: English (US)
• Location: Remote
• Estimated volume: 8 - 10 hours
• Start date: The project runs on a weekly basis. Eligible candidates will be added to a pool of certified raters and contacted at least 48 hours before kickoff.
