Job summary

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an Engines Foreman to lead our Jacksonville workshop, supervising technicians and performing diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and commissioning of industrial engines and power generation equipment. The role focuses on directing engine service operations, mentoring technicians, coordinating projects, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience maintaining, repairing, and overhauling industrial engines or power generation equipment.
• Previous experience leading technicians or service crews in a shop or field service environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and work priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engine Service Operations and oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul of diesel and natural gas engines and industrial engine systems.
• Lead and develop the team by supervising Engine Technicians and coordinating workloads.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and tooling for engine service projects and monitor schedules and costs.
• Champion safety and quality through OSHA compliance and documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
