MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Engines to lead and coordinate complex engine-related projects from initial requirements and design through testing, validation, commissioning, and final delivery.

In this role, you will partner with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure engine projects are executed efficiently, meet technical and regulatory requirements, and align with customer expectations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in engine development, powertrain engineering, or technical project leadership.
• Strong engine systems knowledge and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate multiple engine projects through lifecycle including requirements, design, builds, testing, validation, and closeout.
• Develop schedules, milestones, resource plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Monitor progress and coordinate solutions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as main point of contact for engine project inquiries and cross-team communication.
• Lead or participate in design reviews and dyno testing activities.
