Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for foreign customers on contractual and commercial matters for engines programs.
  • Support preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and commercial offers for engine work.
  • Contribute to negotiating, drafting and managing contracts per company policies.
  • Manage customer relationships across the contract lifecycle with timely, clear communication.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure contractual execution.
  • Monitor progress, address deviations and schedule changes to protect contract profitability.
  • Propose corrective actions to optimize management and performance of programs and contracts.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic andcustomer-focused Engines Program & Commercial Officer to join ourteam. This role is responsible for managing all contractual, commercial, and OEMcustomer relationship aspects related to assigned and new engine programs. Theideal candidate will act as the key interface between the company and thecustomer, ensuring contractual compliance, program performance, and customersatisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Act as the primary point of contactfor foreign customers for all contractual and commercial mattersrelated to assigned and new engines programs.
  • - Support the direct manager in the preparationof cost estimates, quotations, and commercial offers for engineproduction, maintenance and overhaul activities within the assigned scopeand capture of new engines opportunities business.
  • - Contribute to the negotiation, draftingand management of contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies andcustomer requirements.
  • - Manage relationship with customer throughoutthe lifecycle of the contract, providing continuous customer supportduring contract execution, ensuring timely and accurate communication, managingand maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring trust,transparency, and long-term collaboration.
  • - Coordinate internal departments(Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) in accordance to thebusiness plans for the contract to ensure proper execution ofcontractual obligations.
  • - Monitor program progress and proactivelymanage deviations, schedule changes, and performance issues proposingand managing proper implementation of all the required actions toguarantee the profitability of the assigned contract.
  • - Propose and implement corrective actionplans or mitigation action aimed at optimizing the management andperformance of assigned and new programs and contracts
