Job summary

Makeready Moran Hotel in Houston’s CITYCENTRE seeks a proactive maintenance professional to keep our guest experiences seamless. The role focuses on responsive repairs, preventative care, and quick problem solving to protect the asset and support an exceptional hospitality experience.

You will respond to guest requests, manage the work order system, perform minor repairs, and ensure equipment upkeep. We value detail orientation, multi-tasking, and strong knowledge of our property to help the

Qualifications

• Prior experience with hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of the property layout and systems.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in repairs and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests as assigned.
• Maintain and manage the work order system promptly.
• Make minor repairs to hotel facilities.
• Keep equipment well maintained and safe.
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities.

Requested Tasks

• Respond to guests requests as assigned
• Maintain and manage work order system on a timely basis
• Make minor repairs
• Responsible for upkeep of equipment
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience highly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
