Olive-Harvey College is seeking an Engineer Trainee to provide efficient and professional engineering services for the maintenance of the building and grounds. The role is full-time and union-represented under Local 399 in Chicago.

The candidate must be on the Local 399 Apprenticeship List, possess mechanical ability and knowledge of building operations, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Initial wage is $18.50 per hour, with collective bargaining guidance determining final pay.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building operations, systems and equipment repair methods with mechanical ability.
• Current listing on Local #399 Apprenticeship List is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building equipment and machinery to keep them in excellent working condition.
• Adheres to CCC Customer Service Excellence standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
