Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Engineering Test Technician Level B to support testing of complex electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems. You will perform test setup, troubleshooting, data collection, and equipment maintenance under engineers and program teams.

Responsibilities include reading engineering drawings or schematics, following established procedures, and collaborating with engineers to optimize test processes. Overtime and security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and development test activities for electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform test setup, execution, troubleshooting, data collection, and equipment maintenance.
• Work from procedures, schematics, drawings, and test plans and collaborate with engineers and technicians.
• Possess a lean, continuous improvement mindset and be able to lift up to 32 pounds.
