Job description

Designer: Be part of a team that designs, modifies, writes, and implements test equipment solutions, including hardware design and/or software programs using Robot / Cucumber for non-Web applications, Python, Microcontroller programming, UART communication protocols, .NET, Visual Studio, OpenSSL, Security tools, WiFi chip programming tools, etc. You will support the development or investigation/analysis of issues to root cause, propose fixes, implement changes, and verify & validate the final solutions for the development and testing of Smoke / CO alarms (both standalone, interconnected, as well as IoT products). You will collaborate with development and test engineers to translate requirements into deliverable products.

Lab: Be part of a team that builds test racks, uses test equipment and instrumentation to test product designs. You will work with a cross-functional team, including Test Engineers and developers, to test products throughout the development cycle. You will investigate and analyze issues to root cause, propose fixes, and verify & validate final solutions. This role offers full product lifecycle engagement, from inception to final product, involving hands-on lab work to test, verify, and validate products meeting customer requirements. Use your creativity to develop testing concepts for a leading industry.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Setup and maintenance of test benches/racks and equipment

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years experience in electrical engineering
• 3+ years experience in firmware test automation
