Job summary

The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property in top condition and support all hotel departments. Responsibilities include performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical and flooring repairs, plus general building maintenance to ensure guest comfort.

Ideal candidates have two years of commercial building maintenance experience and ability to handle multiple trades. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in commercial building maintenance with electrical, plumbing, carpentry or general repairs.
• High school graduate with trade school is preferred.
• Ability to perform repairs across multiple trades and maintain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains physical condition of properties assigned.
• Performs repairs in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, and flooring. Performs general building and grounds maintenance.
• Contributes to the overall success of the hotel by providing support for various tasks in all departments.
