Job summary

Saic is seeking experienced Engineering Technicians to join our team at the Bedford Production Facility. The role involves system integration and assembly work, requiring expertise in fabrication and electrical installation.

Candidates need strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and should be capable of reading technical drawings. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality adherence.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks for project completion including mechanical assembly.
• Maintain readiness of equipment and tools.
• Participate in process improvement efforts.
• Conduct inspections and document results.
• Assist in logistics tasks as needed.

Skills

Ability to read technical drawings

Education
