Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support engineering, quality and manufacturing through testing, data collection and process improvements.

You will assist with troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, data analysis and documentation to help meet production goals. The role requires ability to read CAD drawings, work with cross-functional teams, and follow safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing, technical, or engineering support experience.
• Experience with process control, troubleshooting, and data analysis preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD files.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering tests, process evaluations, and procedural control activities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues; identify root causes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and technical reports.
• Support training and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
