Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to JCAHO, NFPA, and state/local codes.
• Schedule department work priorities and expedite operations.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturer specifications.
• Estimate costs and purchase materials when needed.
• Dismantle, repair, and install parts using various tools and ladders.
• Complete service request forms after maintenance work.
