Job summary

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is hiring an Engineering Technician for Maintenance & Facilities on the 1st shift at our Goodyear, AZ location. The role supports the facilities department, coordinating daily tasks and cross-functional activities with office and production teams.

You will diagnose and repair machinery, perform preventive maintenance, install equipment, and document root causes using MSS/CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Associates or better.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and monitoring machinery.
• Using mechanical equipment such as power tools, hoists, forklifts, and hand tools.
• Performing emergency, scheduled, and preventive maintenance.
• Installing and inspecting machines and electrical equipment.
• Write up equipment analysis for root cause documentation.
• Observe and test operation of machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
• Work with the team to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Monitor facility systems (HVAC, security, fire alarm, lighting).
• Respond to ServiceNow and SAP (CMMS) requests.
• Inspect facilities & grounds; complete minor repairs or report issues.
• Support facility team projects.

The Engineering Technician - Maintenance & Facilities position will support the facilities department and would be working at our Camelback location to support daily functions and facility needs. Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and monitoring machinery
• Using mechanical equipment such as power tools, hoists, forklifts, and hand tools
• Performing emergency, scheduled, and preventive maintenance
• Installing and inspecting machines and electrical equipment
• Ability to write up an equipment analysis for root cause documentation
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices
• Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities
• Work with the team to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime
• Monitor and respond to issues with the facility support systems (HVAC, security, fire alarm, lighting, etc.)
• Respond to facility ServiceNow and SAP (CMMS)requests
• Perform inspections of facilities & grounds. Complete minor repairs or report issues to facility engineers for further coordination
• Support facility team projects (compliance, renovation, staff moves, repairs, continuous improvement, etc.)
