Job summary

This role supports Navy customer in the Pax River / Lexington Park, MD area.

Job Description and Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support for engineering and testing activities.

• Install, operate, adjust, and maintain technical systems and test equipment.
• Support integration, fabrication, laboratory activities, and equipment demonstrations.
• Collect, record, and interpret test data as assigned.
• Assist technical staff with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Basic Requirements: Junior: less than 3 years of experience related to the position’s duties. Journeyman: 3 to 10 years of experience related to the position’s duties. Candidates will be considered at the appropriate level based on qualifying education and experience.

Education Requirements: Junior and Journeyman: Bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree may be replaced by 6 additional years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance: Secret clearance required; interim Secret is acceptable (must be a US Citizen).

Telework and Travel:Primarily on-site at contractor or Government facilities. Telework may be available based on assigned duties and company approval. Less than 5% travel.

Contract: This position is pending a contract award.
