Qualifications
For the GS-11

 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-10) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a wide range of technical engineering concepts and practices to evaluate planning processes for the repair, overhaul, testing, or production of undersea systems. Examples of qualifying experience may include: interpreting engineering test plans; maintaining all required certifications; and effectively applying technical data on and off all PNW ranges to meet customer timelines.

For the GS-10

 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying engineering technology concepts and practices to perform the repair, overhaul, testing, or production of undersea systems. Examples of qualifying experience may include: interpreting engineering test plans; maintaining all required certifications; and effectively applying technical data on and off all PNW ranges to meet customer timelines.
