Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Clearfield, UT is seeking an Engineering Technician 2 to perform instrumentation, assembly, disassembly and testing for development and production programs. You will work with water and high-pressure hydraulics, following test plans and drawings to verify articles for flight readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read engineering documentation including drawings and schematics.
• DoD Secret clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Construct and wire test fixtures and chassis from drawings and instructions.
• Install fixtures to test articles for verification and data sampling.
• Set up test articles with hand and power tools as required.
• Compile reports, data, certifications for customer review and acceptance.
• Maintain organization and follow procedures with attention to detail.
• This role reports on-site daily to the Propulsion Systems location in Clearfield, UT.
• Some domestic travel may be required.
