Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Calibration Technician – Level 2 in Magna, UT. This onsite role calibrates a range of electronic and mechanical test instruments, performs tests, adjustments, and maintenance to meet exact standards, and supports field and lab work with a 4/10 schedule and early start times.

You'll train under a mentor, work in all weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with Design Engineers to troubleshoot down to component level, with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
• Experience obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings; perform test/calibration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training as assigned and work under a mentor until satisfied with training.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and be able to lift 50 lbs; a mix of field and lab work.
• Maintain backlog and turnaround times for customers when assigned.
• Schedule all field work with customers when working in the field.
• Other duties as assigned
