Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field with two years of technician level experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in testing materials, contract administration tasks, and reading plans/specifications is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with multiple stakeholders to avoid project delays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor’s daily operations and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review test reports to verify materials and workmanship meet contract documents.
• Perform contract administration duties such as pay records and monthly quantity verification.
• Involve themselves in plan revisions and contract adjustments to improve safety and timely delivery.
