Job summary

Neotech in Longmont, CO is looking for an Engineering professional to perform implementation duties related to new product introduction and process support. This role includes working with Engineering, Quality, and Production on process improvements, and providing ongoing support for current products.

The ideal candidate should have an AS in engineering or relevant experience, as well as knowledge of CCA manufacturing methods. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and flex competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
• Basic mechanical drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation duties for new product introduction.
• Monitor manufacturing defect data and quality trends.
• Coach and train operators on assembly processes.

Skills

Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity)

Knowledge of CCA manufacturing methods

Ability to execute detailed instructions

Multi-tasking and organized

Knowledge in SMT pick and place troubleshooting

Education

AS in engineering or equivalent industry experience

1-2 years in Manufacturing Engineering
