Job summary

IntePros seeks an Associate Engineer to support manufacturing processes, engineering projects, and daily production activities. The role will evaluate results, investigate issues, and implement improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

The Associate Engineer will support NPI, new equipment and process implementation, drawing reviews, and technical documentation, working with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and other teams as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes and production activities.
Investigate manufacturing issues and support root-cause analysis.
Identify and implement continuous-improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
Support New Product Introductions and product transfers into manufacturing.
Assist with the introduction, qualification, and validation of new equipment and processes.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Create and update technical reports, procedures, work instructions, and other documentation.
Monitor manufacturing results and recommend improvements to quality, yield, cycle time, and efficiency.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and other teams on engineering projects.
Complete assigned responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
