The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience. This position requires hands-on aptitude, strong documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on aptitude with mechanical, chemical, or electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience working with tools, equipment, or instrumentation in a technical environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support hands-on laboratory and production activities across multiple processes.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment and tools.
• Execute experiments, collect data and document findings.
