Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.
• Regularly communicate project status and challenges.
• Assist in design, building, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support NPD needs.
• Utilize 6S principles and perform lab audits to ensure lab spaces remain clean and organized.
• Completing all necessary safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.
• Regularly communicate project and challenges that arise.
• Assist in design, building, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support NPD needs.
• Utilize 6S principles and perform lab audits to ensure lab spaces remain clean and organized.
• Completing all necessary safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Teamwork and good communication.
• Able to provide input on best practices for new part and process development.
• A good understanding of Subzero, Wolf, and Cove product.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foaming and sealed systems operations.
• Sheet metal fabrication.
• Plastic forming operations.
• CAD/SOLIDWORKS experience (2+ years).
