Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction documents for compliance with DOTD policies and federal regulations.
• Reconcile field books and Site Manager quantities; prepare contractor estimates and payments.
• Process Change Orders from draft through approval; maintain project documentation.
• Review weekly contractor payrolls; monitor wage compliance and EEO reporting.
• Assemble and submit Project Finals; ensure sign-offs and file accuracy.
• Manage office payrolls, SAP entries, and general office operations.
