The Mission Capability Verification Center within Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities is searching for qualified Engineering Technician to support program test operations with our team at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM. This position is an onsite role at WSMR located in White Sands, NM. Test events may occur over weekends or holidays, and may require extended hours. You will be involved in supporting all trades, mission support and test supporting activities. Primary tasks will include equipment movement, site establishment and site sustainment locally on WSMR and multiple testing locations throughout the United States. You will collaborate with multi-disciplined teams while supporting multiple projects to achieve timely execution and completion of established goals, as well as support general facility maintenance. You will also work in an engineering environment to support and facilitate testing of engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements and industry standards.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
