The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer II to plan and execute complex integration and verification test events. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in system integration and testing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge missile defense technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment. This is an onsite entry level role located in Andover, Tewksbury, Woburn, Marlborough MA or Pelham, NH.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date. Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Experience working in a professional environment such as internships or co-ops and/or on project teams. Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to work collaboratively across disciplines. Experience with various areas of the Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, and electrical schematics) and experience generating/interpreting Parts List. Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
