Dover Corp is seeking a Technician to tune and test RF components in Salisbury, MD. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, along with soldering experience and strong mathematical skills. Responsibilities include conducting quality assurance checks and adhering to established procedures.

Tunes and tests filters and electronic components. Technicians utilize specification sheets and drawings and blueprints, network analyzers, and computer programs to outline filter capacity/function. Must adhere to (MOP) Manufacturing Operating Procedures and (ATP) Automated Testing Procedures. Conducts quality assurance spot checks and tests for accuracy of product. Equipment used includes, but is not limited to, network analyzer, calipers, computer, continuity tester/multimeter, microscope, soldering irons, plotter, calculator, wrenches, and tuning instruments. Cleans finished products according to established procedures. Must measure tolerances. Records job‑specific data on forms, logs, timesheets and other required documentation. Must complete work with accuracy and speed.
High School Diploma or GED plus related experience such as televisions repair or electronics training. Previous soldering experience or skills preferred. Mathematical skills required with emphasis on the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret bar graphs and instructions. Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
