Job summary

ATR International is seeking an entry-level Electronics Test Technician to support setup, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electronic circuit boards, devices, and systems in Los Angeles. You will work hands-on with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and other lab equipment, follow schematics and instructions, document results, and grow practical skills in a collaborative technical environment.

No prior experience required beyond foundational electronics knowledge, with on-the-job

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Set up and perform basic testing on electronic circuit boards, devices, and systems.
  • Handle printed circuit boards in accordance with ESD requirements.
  • Follow electronic schematics, assembly drawings, PCB layouts, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Use oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, multimeters, and other standard electronics laboratory equipment.
  • Assist with identifying and troubleshooting electronic issues.
  • Accurately document test procedures, observations, and results.
  • Support the preparation of basic test plans and reports.
  • Follow established testing, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Communicate progress, concerns, and technical issues to team members.
  • Organize assigned tasks and work independently with appropriate guidance.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Electronics Test Technician to support the setup, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electronic circuit boards, devices, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and perform basic testing on electronic circuit boards, devices, and systems.
  • Handle printed circuit boards in accordance with ESD requirements.
  • Follow electronic schematics, assembly drawings, PCB layouts, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Use oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, multimeters, and other standard electronics laboratory equipment.
