The Engineering Technician is responsible for maintaining state of the art GMP facilities and equipment. The Engineering Technician will coordinate with various departments and suppliers to perform calibrations, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of manufacturing/lab instruments and equipment per the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The technician will monitor equipment failures and determine need for appropriate repairs, operate various test instruments and test fixtures.
The technician will install, configure, and validate new instruments and equipment. The technician will author testing procedures and validation documentation.
