Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s with 3 years, or equivalent
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
• Proven experience in people- and technical-leadership roles in either program or functional environments
• Working knowledge of engineering staffing, metrics, training, resources, processes, and tools
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Providing the people, processes and tools to meet current and future needs of programs and technologies within the portfolio
• Supervising, mentoring, overseeing assignments, and supporting career development of employees in the Engineering Technician role
• Providing functional oversight across multiple programs, including bid/proposal inputs, independent technical reviews, and organizational budget management
• Establishing and maintaining discipline-specific processes and tools
• Facilitating process improvement initiatives including metrics and best practices
• Must maintain a full-time technical program role in addition to management duties
