Qualifications

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, coach, develop and retain engineers and tech professionals.
Set clear goals, feedback rhythms, development plans and operating practices.
Translate priorities into achievable team plans and ownership.
Track sprint and release progress, blockers, defects, and delivery risks.
Partner with Product, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Security and stakeholders.
Maintain standards for design, testing, automation, security and observability.
Identify patterns and drive improvements from signals across teams.
Guide responsible AI adoption while preserving quality and security.
