Job summary

Pike Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to provide leadership and technical direction for a group of engineers and designers. You will lead projects, perform responsible charge engineering duties, review work, and drive business development activities while mentoring staff.

The role requires a PE license (State registration) for relevant supervision, 6+ years of experience, and a BS in Engineering (ABET accreditation preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (BS in Electrical or Civil Engineering).
• ABET accreditation of the engineering degree is preferred.
• State registration as a Professional Engineer is required for Transmission and Substation Engineering Supervisor.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineering professionals.
• Review work of subordinate engineers.
• Provide engineering/technical guidance for problem solving and decision making.
• Perform project management activities on client projects and lead responsible charge engineering duties.
• Assist in recruiting and business development for the group.
