Trimble is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to direct a high‑performing engineering group focused on positioning and control systems. You will guide complex software lifecycles and deliver impactful solutions across global field systems from Dayton, OH.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and cross‑functional execution. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in software/systems engineering, with strong SDLC knowledge and proven project management skills.

• 5+ years in software or systems engineering.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product development processes.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
