Job summary

Trimble in Dayton, OH is seeking a Construction Support Team Lead to empower a team of product specialists and drive excellence across Earthworks, WorksManager, SiteWorks and related solutions. You will mentor staff, align processes with KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality technical support that increases customer satisfaction.

As a leader, you will partner with regional managers and training teams, representing the voice of the customer to product development and engineering.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical support teams and delivering KPI targets.
Strong knowledge of civil construction software and machine control systems.
Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Excellent communication and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a 4–10 member team and ensure product training.
Drive process improvements and ensure fast, high-quality customer service.
