You will uncover data insights and provide ad-hoc analytics across the organization, working with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You’ll report to the Analytics Team Lead and have opportunities to expand data skills while collaborating with analysts, scientists, and engineers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis, and/or reporting.
• 5+ years of Python for data analytics projects.
• 5+ years of experience with BI/Analytics tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable analyses.
• Proactively explore data to identify patterns, and opportunities that can drive growth.
• Define and manage data collection requirements across systems for consistent reporting.
• Develop, optimize, and automate data pipelines to deliver timely reporting at scale.
• Build and maintain robust dashboards for GTM and product teams.
• Translate data into clear visual narratives for executives and partners.
• Support data needs across departments including marketing, product, and finance.
