Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end quality for Human Data projects and to coach a team of AI Tutors, including contractors. You will supervise labeling, ensure guideline-driven workflows, and collaborate across engineering and data-management teams to translate requirements into robust labeling strategies.

The role emphasizes performance management, KPI-driven improvements, and creating training materials and certification tasks to scale high-quality AI data operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering discipline; multiple fields accepted.
• Experience with data-quality metrics, annotation workflows, and guidelines.
• Experience leading small teams and managing performance.
• Hands-on data labeling/AI training or evaluation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use KPIs to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects and review engineering work for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors including staff and contractors.
• Oversee labeling and review activities to maintain high standards.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, taxonomies, and QA processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost throughput.
• Monitor performance via KPI dashboards and use metrics to drive improvements.
• Create and deliver training materials and certification benchmark tasks.
• Manage certification processes and staffing adjustments based on performance.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering to translate requirements into labeling strategies.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining accountability and a high-performance culture.
