Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky LLC (CATK) is seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to source, attract and hire engineering talent in the U.S. to support growth in the new energy and automotive battery sectors.

The role involves managing full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and building a strong employer brand to attract top candidates. On-site in Milpitas, CA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, focusing on engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for energy or automotive battery sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering terminology.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract engineering talent.
• Source via job boards, social media, networking, and industry platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment plans.
• Provide regular progress updates and report metrics.
