As an Engineering Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for completing basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff. This position requires strong collaboration, a composed demeanor, technical proficiency, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer support.
The Manufacturing Automation team partners with our manufacturing facilities to design and implement custom solutions that enhance quality, improve ergonomics, and increase operational efficiency. Working closely with manufacturing engineers, assemblers, and supervisors, we develop solutions tailored to the unique needs of each production environment. Our projects span a wide range of complexity, from simple fixtures and tooling to advanced automated workstations and robotic systems.
SEL designs, manufactures, and supports products and systems that protect, monitor, control, and automate electric power systems.
