SEL in Washington state is seeking an entry-level Associate to perform basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products under direction. You will learn procedures and grow your skills within the Operations team.

You will communicate status to staff and customers, follow department processes, and contribute to continuous improvement. This role emphasizes teamwork, meticulous documentation, and the ability to adapt to new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years' relevant experience required.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Able to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.
• Background check satisfactory; negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products per procedures.
• Provide status updates to staff and customers and communicate with team.
• Learn and follow department processes and suggest improvements.
• Represent the team in collaborative improvement efforts.
• Develop basic proficiency in operations or R&D support areas.
