The Engineering Support Specialist serves as a key technical support resource across engineering teams, providing hands‑on assistance in data analysis, process troubleshooting, documentation, and the implementation of engineering changes. This role supports ongoing development efforts by translating engineering direction into actionable support activities. The Engineering Support Specialist collaborates with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, drive improvements, and maintain accurate technical records across manufacturing, industrial, and product domains.

Education: Associate or technical degree in engineering, drafting, product design, operations, supply chain, or another related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in drafting or design support, manufacturing, product development, or equivalent experience, if degreed. Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting or design support, manufacturing, product development, or equivalent experience, if non-degreed.
