Job summary

Accenture in Albany, NY seeks a skilled engineering practitioner and advisor to help leading clients reinvent through digital core, AI, and value creation. You will apply engineering experience in product development or management, and support blueprinting improvement strategies including Digital Thread/ Digital Twin.

Travel is required up to 75%. You will lead small teams, coach others, and contribute to business case development and client sales origination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across a broad range of industries to address their issues related to engineering transformations.
• Lead small to medium sized teams (2-5) and coach others.
• Drive innovation and design operating models with Digital Thread/Twin and AI technologies.
