Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support our clients across a broad range of industries to address their issues related to engineering transformations
• Optimize organization structure, new product development process, R&D spend and product lifecycle management systems
• Implement zero base product cost management through value analysis and value engineering
• Develop product strategies including Product as a Service, Platform Ecosystems and Sustainable Products
• Support Innovation Management and Product Portfolio Optimization balancing voice of customer and cost to serve
• Digitize Engineering function with technologies like Digital Thread / Twin, RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain
• Lead small to medium sized teams (2-5) with diverse skills and coach others
• Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development
• Challenge legacy ways of working to fuel client growth
• Drive positive impact in communities where we work and live
