Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in the Binghamton area seeks an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development. This hands‑on leadership role guides design, prototyping, testing and launches, while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

You will drive development from concept to production, align with operations, quality, and applications engineering, and support smooth manufacturing transitions. A BS in Engineering and 3+ years in product development with prototyping skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years in product development engineering with hands‑on prototyping.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
